Now THAT is some processing that makes the image. Bravo.

Sorry but I really don't like the look of the heavy HDR tone mapping. The heavy halos just don't work for me. I was thinking that the first one was a little heavy, but this one is even more.

Yeah, i definitely overdid it intentionally for halloween...the good thing is, i dont care if you like it or not :)

Edit:
it's not meant to be a harsh statement, i figured the smiley face would help convey that...i don't get paid for photos, i take them for myself...the photo, while overcooked, matches what was in my head for "spooky halloween"...it's overcooked because in order for me to bring details to the trees, and still go dark B&W, i had to overdo it...the haloing is rough, i have no clue how you couldn't get that, but i didn't mind it so much, because it made the trees stand out more, some of it i think is just the result of the fog through the trees though

as far as first being heavy, and this one being more, they were processed the exact same way using pre-sets...only thing i did different with the wider end was try to get rid of haloing by painting in a constant color on the edges, i don't really like how that turned out though

Don't even begin to think I'm criticizing your images.

I like this theme (motive) with these walking persons here in this scenery. I also like this play of light and shadows here. Beautiful work. Well done and composed photo.
