Wide angle lens is always good for this kind of photography and useful. Great photos. I like PoV and angle view.

Good angle view here in this work. However I think that I woudl prefer to try with remove a part of this cutted branch which is situated near left up corner.

Very good angle view here in this work, Tim. I like this processing and B&W. This is an excellent photo in B&W, well done and composed.

Generally this is a nice view. However in my opinion few things here, first there is an object near right down corner which practically add nothing here, I don't know did you had a possibility to make few staps to the left side, because it could help here. Second, there is a cutted part of the building an edge of the building which is situated on the left side of photo near the left frame, I would prefer to try with slightly cropp left side of photo. Third, I know that photographer mark is an important and should be put in frame, however maybe in this case not so central, because here there are some reflections on surface of water and your mark on the middle somehow slightly disturbing me and maybe can be placed in some other place.

DTLA Cityscape Skyline...

A rarity with SoCal weather, of late... Crisp and clean visibility... A combination of cold temperatures and windy weather helped produce the clarity of downtown Los Angeles, with the San Gabriel Mountains as its backdrop... Too bad there wasn't any snow capped mountains, but I'll take it... Captured from the infamous Baldwin Hills Overlook location... One of a few favorite locations to shoot the DTLA skyline... 1DX + 70-200L IS (Version 1)... Lee 105mm CPL Filter + Lee 0.9 GND Filter (stacked)... ISO 200, f/9 @ 1/160sec...

:D
