I like the Glow Parapop by Flashpoint. I have the 38" and it's solid and hold up well.

Using one 200 has enough power to effectively fill the xxl Westcott outdoors? How far away from the subject can you get away with using the Westcott outdoors with the ad200?

Depends on the time of day. Golden hour as a fill it works fine. Midday or trying to kill outdoor ambient, you'll need the dual head or ad600

Ok, I tried to emulate what you did here, and I suck at this. I spent probably 2 hours trying to something close. I thought it would be a bit easier than that. I just cannot time it for the umbrella effect.

Out of a ton of shots I ended up with 2 that I found visually interesting, but nothing close to what you had posted. :( I ended up just giving up and squirting/pouring water in.

You're approaching the crown effect, but the gels really wake them up. Both nice shots. I read up on this once a long time ago, but never had the gear to pull this off. I'll give it a try after reading up on it and see what I can pull out of the water.

I usually don't have a use for the gels, but this looked like fun, so I am trying out a few things.

Would like to see a behind the scenes shot or description of the setup...

Using a drip (infuse) to produce a steady and have predictable sequence is excellent.

You can synchronize yourself to the timing so that you press the release in time.

I assume that once one of these silicon skin things for the AD200 is put on, it can no longer fit into a regular S-mount adapter. Can anyone confirm this?

Remembering what read that you can use the silicon skin protection in the s-fit/type if you remove the rubber from the moving part of the s-fit/type.
