That is amazing, I would be very happy if I had a photo that sharp of a slow flying bird but for a swallow amazing. How did you take it?

Thank you for your comments ! All it takes is a bit of practice, a fast shutter speed ( 1/2500'' in this image ) and lots of wasted frames ... The fact that they were about to perch in a power line - so they had to slow down - also helped. They can give you some really beautiful pictures, when you manage to nail focus in flight http://photography-on-the.net ...showthread.php?p=18​435950
