While you visit the Brian Piccolo Park please don't forget the Vista View Park not far from the Brian Piccolo Park
there also a lots of Burrowing owls, woodpeckers, egrets ect.

These were 2 of 6 Crossbills in a pine tree which came down for a drink. They were all different colours. They were very aware I was watching them.
There characteristics are very similar to that of small parrots. They were breaking off bits of pine cone with their very strong bills and holding the piece with one foot while they nibbled at it.
