I think this partly depends on how the image is presented. If it's presented as one in a series of related images (the way, I imagine, quite a lot of people on POTN will be seeing it ... because they are aware of the set of images--same lens, same subject--that has preceded it), I don't think the visibility of the face actually matters very much (we know the face).

Presented in isolation ... on its own ... yes, I agree with you.

Nice catch. I think with something more longer (400+mm) would be easier or at least with extender. The scale is too small.

Tried again and agreed. I need the 100-400II. I was flipping close and nearly in arms reach. (second one a 50%c crop)
