On this one you can either shoot or transfer. You cant do both as you would in the 5D4 or other similar bodies with built in.

Plus, shooting control is *extremely* limited; you can, basically, focus and trip the shutter. Any other controls (aperture, white balance, bracketing, etc) have to be dialed in before you connect to the device.

It is; I've found a couple of very limited uses for it in the field, but overall, I'd have to give this thing about 1/5 stars.

It does work very nicely as a Live View monitor to show folks a nest or something that you have all framed up without touching the camera; really a hit w/ the little ones that can't view where the big folks are looking ߑ

Agreed...I have had very limited use for it. Occasional downloading of images onto my phone to show the family while out on a trip. It is underwhelming.

During a game, I use it to get images to my phone to email them to the social media person so they have things to post.
