Sunapee is beautiful. So is NH. One of my favorite states. My son went to Plymouth State, and our family vacationed up by Mt. Washington for many years. Need to get back up there soon. I miss it.

You hit the nail on the head. I live in NY and like the change of seasons. But I've always said the perfect setup is a home in a warm climate for the winter and then back here or NH in summer.

Lol, I am from PA, spent a couple of years in NC while stationed at Camp Lejeune just a touch to hot in the summer for me, and kinda damp and cold in the winter. I enjoyed PA as summer and winter were even and mild for the most part. Summer here in NH is short and winter is long. Only good thing is maple sugaring!
