I did a friends wedding and will be delivering their photos on a USB drive. I was just wondering how people deliver/export wedding photos to clients? What are your lightroom settings? I wasn't sure what settings (size, export sharpening etc) to export them. The couple wants to print them later down the road.

I do them at 100% quality, don't downsize, set sharpening to Print, Dpi 300. I also do a Facebook set at 1024 x 768 px, same 300Dpi, 100% quality, and output sharpen to Print. I also add a watermark to them.

Great! Thank You. Output sharpening for print do you select glossy or matte and what amount? Does it matter which/amount of sharpening? Not sure what paper they will be printing them on, would it make a difference?

Matte as photobooks are matte. But if I'm doing a glossy print myself I'll chose that.
