A lot of countryside areas in the UK you can see Kites oh and Buzzards and Sparrow Hawks and possibly Peregrine Falcons, but Wales is deffinatley one of the good places to catch all of these.

My experience of them is the Buzzards are the most prevalent and fly lower, the Sparrow Hawk tends to be fast but also not so high up, then the Peregrine and Kite seem to be high flyers.

They are from Denmark at a speciel spot where about 100 kites every evening gather to stay for the night, and they will probably be here until spring. (I do have a guest-room...;o)) )
