I don't constructively criticise much, not because I don't want to hurt feelings but because I don't think I have the expertise to know whether my feelings about a picture are valid in terms of the photographic canon. I learn a lot here though and like to read others' criticisms.
While I understand what you are saying, I think anybody can look at a picture and say what she likes and dislikes about it, without malice, arrogance, or derision.
Sorry for a pic on the feeder but the Clark's Nutcracker stopped for a visit today.
