Nice exposure. A slight change in position might have kept the fountain from occluding part of the cathedral. Perhaps the fountain was the subject (rule of thirds?). But the cathedral draws the eye too.

The rule of thirds is a guideline, not a rule. In this case I don't think it works. Another rule says that when a subject favors a side you should give it more room. The statue is facing the left edge. That's where the extra space should be. Also, a different camera position would have shown the stature to greater advantage. As it is, the stiff arm is the prominent feature.

I agree with the comment above; the cathedral somewhat half behind the fountain is a little distracting to me. I think a different angle would work better.

A nice evening/night photo. However I agree with Joe, fountain and cathedral. In my opinion make few steps back, if it is possible of course and few steps to the right could help here. Also I would prefer to try with use shutter speed between 3s - 5s, it could help here.

Maybe a lower angle closer to the fountain looking up to it?

great feedback, the fountain was the focus but if I had shifted, I could have avoided them from overlapping
