To me iPhone has the best camera quality. But Samsung Galaxy S7 edge comes with many camera function. It is a good option too. I am using LG G5. It has decent camera quality.

Looks like my new phone, the Google Pixel 2 XL, has bested all others in most recent smartphone camera tests despite it's single lens versus many manufacturers dual lens systems. The great results are certainly due in part to the dedicated image processor that was opened up with Android 8.1, I started a dedicated thread if anyone else has the Pixel 2 and wants to share their results!
