these first two I took at Mo-Ranch in the Texas Hill Country some years ago. It was a BITTER cold morning (mid-20s) thus the steam coming up from the river.

this photo I took a few days ago back in a swamp near my home in Kissimmee. I softened it to give it an "old" feeling.

Personally, I thought the first rendition had too much negative space...............th​e second one does it for me...............
