Hi! I'm shooting in both RAW and JPG and my last batch of photos all have a horrible magenta tint. What causes that?

Thanks
Leigh

I fixed one in Elements 15 but deleted all the others. Honestly, it looked like somebody had vomited magenta all over the image. I'm researching it, apparently it happens from time to time.

News to me. I've never had it happen, nor have I heard of it. Unless there's some sort of failure.

Set it to Daylight and try again.

I just went outside and tried every white balance my camera has, including running the K from 2000 to 10000 and was unable to duplicate this problem.

Although it doesn't really look like a card problem, have you tried a different card?

By the way, what kind of equipment are we using?

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!!!! I reset the white balance and all is well. Thank you all very much. I was dreading going into my photo class and having to admit I couldn't fix the settings on the camera.

No, it was my white balance settings. I've corrected it. :)
