I don't know if your printer has a platen gap adjustment or not, but when printing on thick paper, I've had a similar issue with an Epson 3880 Pro. It turned out that the platen gap was too narrow for the paper to clear.

Try checking your manual to see if that option is available.

I'm seeing lines which might indicate a plugged nozzle. double check to make sure your not double profiling it's easy to do. That is where you ask the program for color management but don't turn off printer color management. As for the feed issues , not sure , I use an Epson. They suggest running a series of sheets through in a special cleaning mode. Or maybe you have a Lego stuck in there :-)
