Same critter. Different window. I couldn’t get a pic that showed the little puffs of breath from him breathing on his toes to warm them up. It was -24C when I took this pic.

Actually....my wife said the same thing. I put a hot/cold gel pack in the microwave to warm it up then put it on the railing covered by an old tea towel. He was right up there less than 5 mins later laying down on it.

I was in the Rio Grande Valley for birds, when this little guy appeared. He chased the birds from the feeder, so I went to a nearby water feature, hoping the birds would show there. However, you can see what happened.
