So what have you all been up to? Me? My older daughter had a little boy. My first grandkid. My older son got married. My Addy is now seven. I've been married 11 years. I've shot a couple weddings. I've been camping a bit. Been working a bit. Been doing a lot of Linux training at work. That has kept me busy and off of here. Sure missed it.

I think we've all been busy - my son has started Uni this year, daughter is coming up for exams in a year and a bit and work has been getting busier. Life gets on top of us sometimes.
Glad I've managed to find some time to get back on here and good to see some of the familiar names around :-P:-D:-)

Hi Everyone! Been ages since I've been by and thought I'd drop in and wish you all the best for the holiday season and 2018.

I'm still doing wedding photography but only a couple,a year as work has been taking up most of my time. Hope you are all doing well.

Here are a couple photos to remind you who I am.... :)

Nope, the M9 left the stable shortly after my return from Chicago. I found that I wasn't using it much and figured I'd sell it while it still retained most of it's value. I've been thinking about thinning the Canon lineup a bit as well.

Anybody interested in a 200 f2 or other primes drop me a line. :)

Found a small lens at my parent's house:

It is a Besseler 18" Series III projector lens.

My mother-in-law died December 29, in the hospital. She was there 2 weeks, and the hospital was trying to get her out. She passed the morning she was to be discharged.

She was 87, and she was ready to move on, and the family was on-board with her wishes. Peace was made by all.

If you believe in this sort of thing, she is somewhere in a garden, with a spade in her hand and knee deep in dirt.
