I'm really surprised at all the responses about the 35mm f2 IS. Anyway could compare against Sigma 35 art?

This doesn't say much about the Sigma... but a lot about the Canon f/2 IS. Fun read

Yep, that's a really nice review. Thanks for pointing it out. I'm so very tempted by the 35 f/2 IS.

David.
Comment and (constructive) criticism always welcome.

since this is the EF and EF-S forum, i have to say my most used prime is my 50 f1.4...

when i shot film, one body had the 35 f2 basically permanently attached. i love the that length and if i were shooting primes, id get one yesterday. my 24-70 f2.8L II is just too good to go back to primes without having another body for a slightly different focal length lens...

Both with and without tele-extenders, or almost always extender-free?

If used with extenders, do you use just one extender, or do you use both a 1.4x and a 2x (not at the same time, of course)?

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".
