Poor has nothing to do with the holidays. No excuse for a 2 hour plus wait time on the phone, and tracking information not being updated by USPS. I could accept the delay IF I was able to get the tracking issue straightened out.

The new USPS phone service was designed to just get you to say screw it and hang up. You can't even contact your local post
office they all list that same 800 number.

Don't you know how to use Google effectively?

It is actually very easy to find the direct phone number to a local post office branch. . In fact, just this week I have called two different post offices directly, and spoken to personnel there with no delays and without being put on hold.

.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

Thank You for that tip I was able to get local post office number. But if you look at your PO receipt it will show address and only
the 800 number, never thought to do a search.
