Just learned this was a 'thing' and apparently popular in certain parts of the country.

I've heard that cats are the hardest animal to train because they're so independent.

I have never heard of this. As a "cat person" I am surprised that anyone would even attempt it. However, the photos capture the action very well and make it look like it could be a fun event.
