would have used this on his weekly Headlines segment. He loved stories about stupid criminals. A camera store that I buy from in Canada was broken into and lots of gear was stolen. The dummies put an ad in Kijiji and got busted by the police the who answered the ad and met them at a mall. hehe

Yeah, I miss Johnny Carson too. I wonder how many young people even know about him. His stint at the Tonight Show ended 25 years ago.
A local tv station still airs his Tonight Show. I still find it entertaining, and watching stars from the past is a blast. Although it's slow compared
to current late night hosts.

I also miss Jay Leno

Wow, has it been that long? Hard to believe.

Yes it was. I know because everything hurts now. Back then I could fall off a roof and walk away ;-)a

I miss both Jay & Johnny. They knew how to produce a talk show.

My one and only issue with Jay is how he works too long to milk a laugh out of a failed monologue joke. He turned out to be a pretty good replacement even when everyone knew that "other guy" :) was the front runner.

Here's another. He stole her bike & put it on eBay: "Hospital worker steals her own £300 mountain bike back after police refused to investigate despite it being advertised on eBay" (external link)

Sometimes the failed jokes were even funnier? Now they have "Jimmy Fallon's 4th Grade Amateur Hour". Total fail IMO.

Me too. He was the best. I like Letterman too, but Johnny was the man.

Fallon ruins it by being speed talker.
