How much are you looking to spend? The Canon T7i is their latest and greatest in the Rebel line, which is a good starting point. You can find good deals at the Canon refurb store:
Something like that kit + the EF-S 60mm macro lens should meet all your needs.
The 80D is an excellent crop-sensor camera for a little more money
The 6D is a good full-frame camera if you want better low-light performance without getting too expensive
The 5Dmark4 is an excellent all-around camera
Other brands have similar price/performance levels. Your title says DSLR, but if you're willing to look at interchangeable lens mirrorless cameras then that opens up even more options.
Nikon, Sony, Fuji, Panasonic, Olympus are all worth looking at.
If possible you should visit a local camera/electronics store and look at some options in person, see how they fit your hand, etc. Sometimes the most important criteria is how a camera feels to you, which none of us can tell you. I'm a big fan of Sony's mirrorless options (A6000, A7, etc.) but some people hate their ergonomics.
