Hey Eddie, it's the Canon M5 :)

Looks a nice size

To get back into the thread I will post my latest shot from both my 52 week projects I am running (5th straight year for my son and 1st year for my daughter). I wont post all the missing ones as theres quite a few.

PS - The 52 week projects start on their birthdays each year thats why my numbering is off

Isla - 12/52

Callum - 29/52

Are there any rules against jumping in a little late? I could actually post some random shots from the prior 3 weeks if need be.

The more the merrier, no rules per say, you can start your 52 week project anytime and if you have already started one just start posting from now if you like

Okay then. Now you have to admit, folks, it doesn't get much more random than this one. I guess had the blues.

My Week 5!

I tried to experiment with flash gels. I have my gf's bag sitting on some black perspex glass. There was a certain look I was going for but don't really think I got it sadly.

Nicely lit Paul, looks good

5/52

So, this week I have determined a few things
1 - I miss flash photography
2- My Yongnuo triggers work with the Fuji camera system (bonus)!!
3 - And this years project I'm extremely motivated so hopefully this year i don't quit

Great shot Mark! Seems you are using the Fuji a lot now. You could even challenge yourself to use the Fuji for the rest of the project!

Which triggers do you have? It's good to hear Yongnuo ones do work with other brands, most of my flash gear is Yongnuo!

Daniel, i havent picked up my Canon in a while, just really enjoy shooting with the Fuji, quick and easy with similar results. Once I realized the Yongnuo's worked with it, that is making a bad case for Canon right now, well maybe not so much :)

Mirrorless bodies are honestly a lot of fun to use, one of the reasons why I really with Canon would hurry up and release a FF one! When using my flash triggers with the M5, I have a bit of a delay before the shutter actually triggers. Do you have that issue with the Fuji?

Daniel, the synching is instant it functions normally. If there is an issue I have ( not even an issue) is my version of Lightroom doesn't read the Fuji Raw files, you need V6 and up. I have used the Fuji Raw File Convertor to convert the Fuji RAF files to Raw. I knew that coming in so no surprise there.

Hey Mark. That's interesting to hear, I wonder if it will work the same on the Sony! You could also convert it to DNG which would make it easier to use everywhere, don't have to keep the XMP file that goes with it too :D

Here's my week 6. I built this PC nearly 1 year ago and it's still my one true love
