The night I photographed "Corporate Cityscape", it was hazy as hell... Did all I could to clear it up in post... Oh well... Will try again after we get a good rainfall... Hehehehe... Captured with my 1DX + 500 4.5L combo... ISO 100, f/8 @ 6 second exposure...

;)

Recently picked up this lens coming from using the Sigma 150-600 C is there any particular sweet spot on this lens. I plan to use it with my 7D MII.
I see the images here are actually fantastic, and am looking for any pointers from current users. I am planning a trip to Florida in less that a week and am planning to have this in my bag. Not trying to hijack the thread but any images and help would be appreciated.....

Congrats on the pickup and welcome to the fambam!!! With regards to a 'sweet spot', I tend to shoot between f/5.6 to f/9 depending on the current shooting situation is... If I want more DOF, then f/5.6 ... If I want more of the scenery in-focus, then f/8 or f/9... Maybe even f/11, if I'm feeling frisky... Lol... I do shoot wide open at times, as well, but it's not as sharp... Although I'm sure I can fix some of that in post... Anyhoo... Hope this glass gives you lots fun!!! Have a great time in Florida!!!

:)

Is there any chance that you have PDF user manual. I'm trying to figure out how to work things to get the most of the lens. Or a link I can find one I keep finding the newer version.
