How do I get the histogram on my live view?

Sorry, let me start over. Canon 5D MarkIV. How do I set up the C1 C2 and C3 custom menus? Very important - How do I get the histogram on my live view screen?

Simple. Turn camera on. Go into live view mode. Take a picture. Cycle through hitting the info button to view histogram. You don't even have to take a photo. Just cycle through the info button if you want to check exposure settings on histogram before taking shot.

Soembody stated you need to have exposure simulation on to view the histogram in real time. Which makes some sense.
And regarding the other question, simply set the camera up as you like it and store that setup into one of the Cx positions.

Info, then scroll. . Seems simple enough. . This is what you do to see the histogram on every other Canon DSLR that I have ever owned ..... not sure where the confusion is coming from if it is something that is the same as it's always been with all of their other cameras.
