Yes, from my many many lenses the Trioplan 100 is one ot he most loved ones.
The uncommon bokeh is very useful, and in direct comparison with for exampel the Bokina sister, Vivitar Series 1 90mm f/2.5 is shines. Not in sharpness, but in bokeh.

Haven't shot with mine in a long time...was showing it to my kids the other day and they loved it.
