Seems like Bear Camp at Lake Clarke is the place to go for bears. We're thinking about it for 2019, saving coins for it.

My husband stopped counting bears when he reached 35! Granted, some where in the distance, but still, bunch of bears!

Incredible images for sure!! The bear in the first shot apparently had a dispute with another bear. That shoulder wound has gotta hurt.

Thanks Trik
Look up Brooks lodge or Brooks falls in Alaska the bears are everywhere they are so into the salmon they don't pay any attention to the people . You can't have any food on you and you have to go to a bear safety class before you walk around

Framed in the pine, that is outstanding.

I remember at Katmai thinking there's not a bear within miles of here! Had our first up close and encounter walking to the falls.
The bear was 12 feet away and seemingly as big as a VW. An amazing place.
