It could possibly be done (with some extreme difficulty) in the darkroom with a lot of masking/burning/dodging etc. of several exposures (I wouldn't be game!) but essentially it is digital editing (the reason we all bought DSLRs!?!?!?).

If you don't want to include it, that's fine. I just wanted to clarify.
