yes it is, one of the weirdest competitions i've ever participated :-). But who cares, it's Tim's business, it's his idea so he can decide. A great "Bravo" to Tim. SO GO FOR IT GUYS!

This competition has the most odd voting system I have ever come accross on the net

This is no diffrent than the United States voting system.

Just curious, are you taking them in bunches of 8 with the last bunch 9 to account for the extra picture or the other way around?
