This is a very typical barbecue here in the South of Brazil...this was a very nice piece meat, it had about 13,5 lbs ...and maaaan it was delicious!
It cooked for about 4 hours, because we didn't start it early enough. It's normal to let it cook for up to 12 hours. This is not an everyday thing, but every once in a while we go camping and we cook some ribs like this one. Just wanted to share this moment with you all. Shots taken with the Sigma 10-20mm and 430EX on my XTi. C&C Welcome, of course.
