Default Cyclocross in extreme So. California conditions.....

After seeing pictures lately of racing in rain , mud and snow I had to shoot in your typical sunny and 70s So. Cal. weather . Not exactly Cyclocross weather but oh well.

I really like that fourth one - could be used as an ad in a bike magazine.

The expression in the first one is amusing, too

Boo, sunny and warm cyclecross

Where is the water, the hazards, the muck?

Anyway, very nice images. Nice composition, I like number 3. He seems to be working very hard and suffering a bit. That captured the spirit/pain of cx for me.

Thanks for posting.

Very nice pics but I'm wondering the same, where are the hazards and mud?
