Default Tenba inserts? Why OOS for almost TWO months!?

Are these discontinued? I've been looking to get the Domke F-802 + Tenba inserts since JUNE. Still as of today, the major photo websites are OOS, and have been OOS since I started looking back in June. Any ideas on if they're discontinued, or is there just a shortage?
