I'm doing my first sports teams individual and team pictures next week and I have my 85 mm f/1.8 lens and my 70-200 mm f/2.8 lens -- I was just curious what others use for doing T & I shots. Since I'll be using a flash and some lighting, I'm leaning towards my 70-200 mm since I'll be at f/9.0 anyways and I feel that lens is sharper. Thank you.

For the team shot, you may want to use your 28-135. Depending on the size of the team and how far back you can walk to get the entire team in the frame.

You'll need plenty of room to use the 70-200 as you would need to stand a long way back to fit them all in
