Default Wedding Slideshow DVD - Do you offer one?

I have a wedding in little over a month and offered a DVD slideshow with pictures to the couple. Here is the question:

1. How many pictures to include in the slideshow? 100-200? At 200 pictures and 5 seconds a picture, slideshow will last for over 15 min, I don't want it to be any longer and bore people.

2. How much do you charge for DVD slideshow? (my first will be included for the couple, but if anyone wants to buy one)

Thank you!

One song is usually plenty.

I aim for 100 photos, 3 seconds each with a 1 second transition, almost 7 minutes is two usually two songs (or the extended version of November Rain, but that's not good wedding music).

I include the DVD in my album packages, but i'm considering putting them in just my top package and charging for them in other packages soon. Copies I do at a much reduced price, though it's still not cheap as the cases I use are expensive and take a LOT of time to assemble (jewelboxing cases).
