Looking for a basic DSLR for a paper
Apparently our school paper got about a $500 budget for photo gear.
I'm not as worried about sports at the moment as I will be there for the next 3.5 years and have my lenses. Due to the eBay cash back of around 25%, it makes almost no sense to not buy things there. My choices at the moment are (i believe) XTi with 18-55 / 70-300 30D with 18-55 / 70-300 Only thing is the XTi is brand new, the 30D, probably not...
