Default M31 - 6th Jan 2009

From the night before last. Blimey it was a cold one at -8C by the time I packed in. First time I have ever experienced ice on the scopes themselves! Brightish moon in the wrong place led to some awkward gradients.

20 x 6 minute subs with Tak FSQ85/SXM25C guided W/O ZS70/Lodestar on EQ6 using PHD. Stacked in DSS and processed with PixInsight.

I think the darker circles are down to condensation and then icing on the CCD itself so not easy to deal with by taking flats.
