Default Why oh why can I not center this page? (CSS problem)

http://john-godwin.co.uk/john-godwin...g20-page1.html

For the life of me, I cannot get this page to go in the center without something going horribly wrong. The only way I have succeeded so far is by using a "padding-left" modifier in the body element of the stylesheet, but that only centers the page relevant to my particular screen size..

Please, someone put me out of my misery and tell me how to center this page.. god I miss HTML
