Default G11 street shots

Here's a couple of recent shots. The subway was 1/8 sec at ISO1600, handheld on a moving train. IS seems to work pretty well.

I like the subway shot too. I have a similar type one which i took on a tube train here in London which i can post if anyone would be interested.

Thanks all. I bought the camera for a trip to NYC because I didn't want to lug the big boys. Very pleased with it, and it doesn't really draw attention to itself like a 1DIII does.

I'll try to put up a couple more tonight.

the selective b/w of the jazz player didn't work for me as the camera missed a few spots

Good point. That probably says more about the time I spent in LR with it than the camera. The blame goes to the operator on this one.
