Does anyone else find tennis a not-so-interesting sport to shoot compared to others? I love the game, playing and watching, but it's not the best to shoot. If I had longer to shoot tighter (i.e. 300 or 400) then it'd give me more variety but with the 70-200, I end up cutting off racquets, limbs or just shooting looser to crop later. Still got some good shots though.

But when does it need it? Not even Canon says you should replace the shutter once some number arrives.

Both arguments have their merits. You really wouldn't run your car without servicing it after all.
Do you replace your gearbox and diff @ 100K?

9 times out of 10 most shutters just fail without taking out everything else. He was just unlucky.
Yeah, but he's trying to convince the rest of the world that it's going to happen to them too.

This guy seems to think that a camera is like a cricket bat. It needs some knocking in before it's ready to work properly: http://photography-on-the.net/forum/....php?p=9051529
