B-Ball Lens requirements?
HI
I got a friend at work whos Daughters are big in High School Base Ball ? Softball. And may be going to college for this also. I know what Cameras to advise him on but not sure on best Focal Lenghts. I am not sure of his exact buget yet. I am thinking Primes are not the way to go for him. I have seen him shoot our office camera and he gets good results with kit lens on a digital rebel but wants to take it to the next level. Body recomendations are 40D or 7D or 1Dmk2N Len My fave on a reasonable $ would be Sigma 120-300 F2.8 Will a 70-200 F4 cut it? I am guessing IS is not needed due to high sutter spees Any input and other lens options appreciated fro Cheap to $2K max Cheers
