Best Price for Canon 70-200mm f4 L Lens

I am about to make the move and purchase this lens for my T1i. I will be purchasing the T2i in about a month or so. Where is the best place to purchase it online at the lowest price? I would prefer buying it new vs used/refurbished. Actually I might consider a refurbished one but the price difference between a new one is not enough to make a difference.

I am very careful with my electronics hence why I prefer buying new electronics because then I know I am the only one who has ever used/touched it prior to its packaging and etc.

Here is the Lens I am looking at and also I would like to purchase a Ring Mount like this one

Any suggestions for a better ring mount best quality at the lowest price?

That is about the cheapest you will find that lens for. There are a couple places that sell it for less but you have to pay for shipping that will bring the total price to more then the $639.00 at amazon or B&H.

have you considered the sigma 70-200 f2.8? it's not all that much more.

I just actually looked at it. Would it be a much better choice than the f4 Canon? Also, do you know if it works on both full frame and cropped frame sensors (Like EF lenses)
