Default Tall Ships

HMS Invincible and Tall Ship Europa traveling up the River Tyne for the Tall Ships Festival 2005. Converted in PS into a Gum Bichromate style image.

What's this? A meerkat that hibernated all Summer ignoring Transportation, wakes up in the Winter, looks around & says, "Oy, Matey! Let's see if we can revive an obsolete technology? Wait! Why not two at once? We'll take a pic of obsolete technology, too!" Then he comes here with a vehicle that maxes out at about 10mph?
I can hear it now, "Your picture has orange-peel. You left it in the wash too long!"
"Too light!"
"Too dark!"
"The colours are uneven & unreal. Blue clouds & yellow water! Have you calibrated your monitor? "
(Wait a minute... ... ...yellow water?" Now there's an "image" I really don't need with my morning coffee!)

Nice! Interesting historical contrast, of course, makes for an interesting composition. I like the PS effect.

Lovely effect and a nice juxtaposition of the old and new.
