Strong CC preferred, more photos can be seen at
http://www.atlanticchampionshipseries.com/photos.html Taken with a 7D and a 28-300mm. This was the first race of the revival of the Formula Atlantic Professional Category here in the states. It is a test season, which if succeeds, will hopefully bring back this awesome formula! #1 #2 #3 #4 #5 #6 #7 #8 |

Two bonus, please don't delete! How hard the impact was. Went off at turn 12 after a right rear suspension piece broke. Just clipped the tire wall and then impacted the cement wall right below my feet as I was standing against the fence in pit lane. Very scary impact.

#1 for me, finding the through the trees shot at RA is not easy, I like that the gravel traps were nicely raked.
Turn 12 can be dangerous if you go off there, good to see the driver walking away. |

You got some nice shots, great pan work. I miss that formula they used to put on some great races with huge fields. Sorry to see the wreck, glad the driver (and you) was not hurt, but the car sure was.

Pretty good job if you ask me. Well done.
That's a very expensive off, but if the driver got out and walked away the tub did its job though it is now rather second-hand.

looking at them again, #5 is very nice, I like that angle, is that shot from outside 7, or the uphill to turn 11 and the bridge if not those, where, not many places you can get that POV...really like it.

I took #5 from the outside of turn 10b. I was right where the berm starts to become the embankment for the bridge.
Thanks for the kind words everyone. |
