Hi - hope this is the right board to post this on.
Not really a gallery site but it has many of my photos on. I'm putting together a food blog and it's a good excuse to practice my food photography: http://food.johnloydall.co.uk/ Take a look around if you fancy - there's more photos through the site. Would be interested to hear your thoughts. Thanks. |

Now I'm hungry...LOL!!
I would like to see a thumbnail photo on each preview entry (i.e Continue Reading...), similar to what I did on my blog. Other than that I like it and I may have to subscribe. Are you a chef or do you just love to cook?

Thanks - that's a great idea regarding the thumbnails - will see if I can get them added when I get a chance.
I just love to cook - the blog is really a way of me keeping notes on my fave meals. Plus - if I photograph them and put them online it makes me work a bit harder at making the food as best as I can which helps me improve. Thanks for your comments. |

Your 12 Hour Brisket looks SOOOO GOOD, Love a good brisket!!!
Sites looking good, good content, easy to read just a few suggestions: Like mike said, thumbnials would be cool Under each heading it says "by admin" I would change that to "by John" it lets users connect to you better. I would think about putting your post into some sort of category(e.g bbq, bake, fried). Not really sure how you should split up a food blog maybe have a look around. it would help users in the future, that come back to try fine a particular post. apart from that, site looks good. its clean and simple, like it keep it up. I'll definitely keep an eye on it Last edited by renlok : 30th of June 2012 (Sat) at 21:48. |

One more thing, I wouldn't mind subscribing, but I don't see a way to do it.

I was looking for a "Subscribe via E-mail" link. The only two subscriptions I have (use) had a "Subscribe via E-mail" link. I just subscribed using Google Reader.

It's called subscribe2 - It's got a fair few options that I haven't used yet and does offer stats and user management. Need to spend a bit of time getting the most out of it.
Cheers for your interest. |

I downloaded it a while ago and never could figure it out. Guess I'll try it again...
