cybersyncs will not do ettl. Pocketwizards or Pixel King also makes an ettl trigger. There may be others now.

ETTL is great when you're in a situation where light can change a lot and often....
when at a reception, light isn't likely to change much at all throughout, and really doesn't always help you keep the ambient light (I'm assuming that most receptions, you want to keep most of that ambient light) I'd recommend manual for that, and if you have something like a PW AC3 (or anything else that would allow you to remotely control light output) then you can make some adjustments as needed |

It's not necessarily a requirement, but at this point, if I'm spending the money, why not include all the features just in case....
