Hey guys thanks for the info and advice. I will work on it I have just been busy trying to set up some shoots. Reason why it looks distorted in my avator to the left is its a huge image being forced into a really small one. I will adjust the sizing and go from there. The text you guys are right it looks off and yes I have tested it on a image and it doesn't look to bad I will post it a bit later as I'm on my phone responding. Again thank you for the advice.
