I am going to play devil's advocate here. The bill on this bird is quite large, larger than I would expect on a Downy. Also, the outer tail feathers look completely white, without any marks or barring. Could this possibly be a Hairy??

I would go with Hairy as well, that beak is pretty large, nicely done at that iso Don!
