I'll bite. I'm taking my 7th trip to Cozumel in a couple weeks, I took this on one of my last trips with the kit 250 lens. Hopefully I get a chance to recreate it with my 70-200 and 1.4 extender.

Victoria Falls, Zambia. Extra colors caused by brush fire a few miles away.

I wouldn't call these my best sunset pics, but I found the variety of clouds to be quite intriguing.



This is a follow-up shot zoomed in on the mammatus-like formations along the bottom of that cloud layer in the center of the left side of the above image. Not sure if they would officially be considered mammatus: they aren't a widespread, consistent layer, just localized to that particular part of the sky:



(That's an airplane on approach to MCO in the far distance directly above the setting sun, not a piece of lint on the sensor. )
