Favorite G12 shooting mode?!?

There's so many possibilities that it drives me crazy thinking about what I can do. I used to just shoot Av mode with my DSLR but with this camera, I have so many options. Im digging the Color accent mode a lot, probably because I don't have Photoshop to do it myself. So what's your favorite?!

Actually, for walking around with my G12 in my vest pocket, I'm at ISO 160, RAW, and Program Mode. If I have it in my hand expecting to take a shot it's in Av mode, or Shutter Priority if it's quickly moving objects up close that I'm trying to capture. No one best setting to cover everything.
